The high efficiency mixer is a hybrid equipment newly developed by our company in combination with foreign advanced technology to improve the mixing efficiency, to make the particles fully mixed and dispersed, and to achieve a micron-mixed mixer. High efficiency mixer principle: The mixer has a conical mixing chamber with a central shaft that rotates at speeds of up to 30 m/s. The centrifugal force is generated by the speed of the shaft to push the product toward the inner wall of the mixing chamber. The tapered shape of the cavity and the shape of the blade at this point causes the product to produce an upward movement along the inner wall. The product is then guided to the center of the mixer by a specially designed mixing lid and falls back to the bottom of the mixing chamber to restart a new round of mixing.
