This ascending motion combines with the tangential motion to make the material in a continuous spiral up and down motion state. Due to the high speed of the impeller, the material moves at a fast speed, and the rapidly moving materials collide with each other, cross-mixing, and the temperature rises.
The results of the study show that during the mixing process of the high speed mixer, the electric energy consumed is almost completely converted into heat energy, so that the temperature of the material rises. The baffles in the mixing pot disturb the flow state of the material, causing it to form irregular movements, and form a strong vortex near the baffles to promote further uniform dispersion and mixing of the materials.
